1. Is biGObi Free?

YES! There is NO cost to signing up and using biGObi.com to promote your Events.

 

2. How is biGObi different?

biGObi will bring Events Everywhere to your fingertips. Driven by location, any event posted on biGObi and marked as "Public" will be visible to people worldwide. You would not have to wonder what is happening in any city. Just use the "Change Location" feature to see a list of Events in that location. Attendees of any Event can GO to biGObi.com and post Reviews, Photos, and Videos of the Event. Soon, biGObi Mobile App will alert your phone with a list of Events in any city whenever you travel to a different location. Through Microsoft Bing maps, we are able to generate direction maps to your Events!

 

3. Can I login to biGObi with my Facebook account?

YES! biGObi is also fully integrated with Facebook events in such a way that you would not have to repeat entering events in biGObi if you have already done so in Facebook. When you first login with your Facebook credentials, it will prompt you to grant biGObi permission to pull your basic information and Events. Granting this request would allow your Facebook profile to be used for biGObi without you having to create a new profile. When your first sign in with your Facebook credentials, please expect a slight delay while your information syncs with biGObi.

 

4. How do I update my profile information?

You can update your information and current location settings to best suit your target market by changing the information under your personal account settings. You will need to be logged into your account to make any changes.

 

5. Can I promote multiple events in multiple cities?

YES! biGObi gives you the GO to promote your events to increase the number of attendees as well as widening your advertising scope and network. If you are advertising under a different location other than your current location, be sure to select the city, state, or country you prefer and then load up the information, pictures, and additional media linked to the event.

 

6. Can I regulate comments made on my events?

You reserve the right to delete any comments made on any events you have posted. Any deleted comments cannot be retrieved.

 

7. Can I post anonymous comments on events?

Reviews are valuable! In order to post any comments, you need to sign up or log in to post comments, views, or blog replies.

 

8. How do I reset my Password

If you are already logged in, you may reset your password from the "Account" menu.  If not, click on the "Login" menu; click on "Forgot Password" link; enter your email address and answer your security question to have your password reset and sent to you.

 

9. Can I view Past Events?

You can view all past events under the Archive section, by Date, or by the Name of the Event.

 

10. How do I post Events?

Posting an Event requires you to be signed in. Click on any "Post an Event" link on the website; Or under the "More" menu, click on "Post Event" option and some of your event fields will be pre-populated with basic information. complete your Event information and be sure to post your event some weeks ahead of time to ensure that you get adequate time to promote. A proper Event address will allow biGObi to generate a direction map for your event through Microsoft Bing maps.

 

11. Is there a limit to the number of Photos I can Upload?

There is no limit! However, pictures can only be uploaded by Event names. Be sure to select an Event, then upload pictures from the Event Details page.
